The Buckle Assistant Manager interview questions

The interview process it self was very informal. I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled interview time and waited approximately 5 minutes until the SM approached me. She was very friendly, but after doing some research on the company, I knew going into the interview, it wasn’t a job I would want. They work on commission and jump on their customers like prey which I find disheartening. I didn’t find it professional to just skip the interview so I showed up anyway. I couldn’t help but feel like the buckle company looks for a particular “person” to represent their company. The SM held the interview on a bench right out side the store in the mall. The only real complaint I have is the lack of professionalism when it comes to updating an applicant on their decision. I was told I’d receive a call on Wednesday (interview was Monday) and I never did receive one, nor a email to tell me they’ve decided to go with another candidate.
