I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Buckle (Grand Rapids, MI) in Apr 2016
Interview
I had applied online and about an hour or two later received an email to set up the first interview. The interview was set up right after so I called and scheduled. I didn't exactly where buckle clothing but the outfit was similar to what a sales associate would wear working there. So I definitely recommend wearing buckle clothing or something similar just so they know you have a great sense of fashion. The interview lasted about 10 minutes, not too long.. the interviewer was really kind and happy with all my answers and said that I would get a response by email within 42 hours. I didn't get a response so I called them 3 days after and they scheduled a second interview with me.. I just came back today from the second interview.. it was the same thing all over again but a different manager. Hope it went well.

On the sales floor with a manager. It was pretty casual. It was the store manager and then another one with her. Pretty standard interview questions where they ask about previous work experience, school, and availability. The interview took about 15 minutes.
