The interview was on the sales floor (weird) in the back corner of the store. The store manager interviewed me and the assistant manager stood by watching. It took about 10 or 15 minutes, shortest interview I've ever had.

Very easy basic questions. I would think of examples of how you work as a team, step up, and problem solve. Know top three skills and a weakness. Things about clothing.
It's a very laid-back process! You come in dressed like you would if you worked there: Buckle attire. The interview was conducted on the sales floor and was like having a normal conversation.
You get two interviews, both are incredibly informal. The questions asked aren’t very difficult. Don’t dress up to the interview (suit or anything) as this is seen as you won’t fit their “culture”.
