I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Buckle (Coeur d'Alene, ID) in Mar 2018
Interview
Guy seemed very busy. Interview only lasted a few minutes. And I drove 40 minutes for it. He told me they would be looking for people during the summer and he would call me a couple days after my interview also because he wasn’t sure if he needed another person or not in sales. But as I said he told me he would call me back and never did. Honestly disappointed me because I really aspired to work there. Management is lacking in the riverstone area Buckle. I will be taking my business to Spokane Buckle.
On the sales floor with a manager. It was pretty casual. It was the store manager and then another one with her. Pretty standard interview questions where they ask about previous work experience, school, and availability. The interview took about 15 minutes.
