Applied online, sent email to call for an interview, called and scheduled interview for later that evening.
About five days after interview recieved email saying someone else was chosen for the position.
Know information about their intern position and their company.
Ask about college life and what you are interested in.
Ask how you feel about personal selling to customers.
Wear alot of layers and accessories and if possible clothing purchased from The Buckle. Dress how you would dress to go into work if you worked there.
Based off of their intern description, know what you expect to get out of the experience.
Know what you want to do with your degree.
Might have to mock sell something to the interviewer.

Inconsistent - we’re not ready to help with virtual interview process when I was clear I did not live in the area - I couldn’t schedule an Interview when they called me to set one up

Easy. friendly. nice. it was informative and went really smoothly. i felt included and wanted. the managers are always open to answering questions and felt more like a meeting than an interview.
