Got an automated email the same day I applied on their website, which instructed me to call the store # to contact the manager to arrange an interview. Set it up for a week later and drove out to the store then. The interview was around 1pm on a weekday (can't remember which day!) and nobody at the store when I walked in, besides the manager and a sales associate. She took me to the corner of the store, which she just looked at my application and resume and asked basic questions. I feel that she perhaps saw me as overqualified, as I just got my Bachelor's degree last may and seeking to get hired somewhere for experience. Normally this is a store where college students at community college work at. She really asked me alot of questions regarding career goals, classes I took in college, and really pressed on why I transfered to another college (for the record, I didn't flunk out!). She didn't seem to take much of an interest in me from the get go, it felt like and decided on her decision right when I walked through the door as I was dressed casually in black dress pants, black shoes, and white striped button down shirt....didn't want to be too formal as if I'm working on wall street.
