After my online application I got an email within 48hrs asking me to call and set up an interview.
After scheduling it I ended up able to go two weeks earlier which worked out.
I arrived 15 minutes early the manager arrived 5 minutes late. We interviewed on the sales floor toward the back. He asked a few questions while looking over my application and told me to expect an email response within 48 hours.
Traditional interview process. Initial, quick phone call and then an in- person interview where they ask series of questions. This usually leads to either an offer or rejection about a week or so later.
I was interviewed by the store manager and Area manager on the sales floor. It wasn’t a very long process. I heard back within 24hrs that I got the job and pay was explained to me during the job offer.
