Interview
I applied online and then c alled a few days later, and talked to the manager. I went into the store the next day for an "interview". I basically stood in the back of the store and chit chatted with the manager. Then was offered the job. NO questions, nothing, just talked a few / maybe 10 minutes about life, what I wanted to work.

Question 1
What was the most difficult situation you have ever been in, in your life?
Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.

Interview
They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
