I applied online. The next day the manager called me to set up an interview.I went in the next day to my interview. It didn't go so well. I could tell they were both staring at me like I didn't belong there.
As I walked away the taller one whispered to the shorter one, "I don't think she'd even be able to fit into our jeans", the other one replied with, "Only if they're super stretchy" and they both giggled.
I'm not obese by any means, but this really got to me.
Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.
