Very quick, in person, dress in casual fashion style not formal business clothing. Very friendly atmosphere, almost like friends and friends talking. Come in prepared as there are a lot of situational questions on how to deal things in the store.

Tell me about yourself, Why do you want to intern at The Buckle?
Interviewed on the shop floor during business hours. I thought it was odd at first, but it made it less stressful during the process. It was a fairly easy interview, especially if you review the company’s mission and goals.

the actual interview was very quick. I applied online and received a call from the very next day where I set up our in person interview. The interview was very short we went over my resume was asked a couple questions and then the lady interviewing me gave me papers to read over asked if i had any questions and then I was offered the position.
