So, my interview was very similar to what is already stated. They send you an e-mail, you call, and he scheduled me for the next day. I wore nice slacks and a blazer, but layered some camis under the blazer to look more "buckle". Got there, told to look around, 15 min later the manager comes out. The interview was in the store, took about 15 minutes, very basic questions, the only one that wasnt a typical interview question was "Describe your favorite pair of jeans" or something like that.. He said to give him 2 days to think about it, but less than an hour later i got a call for a second interview. He said to dress more casual. I read on here that people went out and bought hundreds worth of buckle gear, but I didn't and still got the job. I wore layering tanks, long sweater, dark jeans, corkscrew heels, and a vintage looking necklace. Looked very "buckle" but none of it was buckle, so don't worry about going out and buying clothes for the interview. I figured the DM would be there but it was just him asking more questions, again took about 15 min, very typical questions. 3 hours later he called and offered me the job! Very easy interview process, just be nice, enthusiastic, energetic, and concentrate your answers about how you would be a good sales person!
