The hiring manager was nice but she kept interrupting me and would go on to the next question even after she asked me to name 3 different reasons why I should work there when I wasn’t even done with my first answer I only said for 30 seconds. I would have shown I was a better candidate despite lack of relevant, recent experience if she wouldn’t have interrupted me so much! And she did say she really liked my answers so I wonder if she was going more off the relevant, recent experience and just interviewing me to give everyone who applied a shot. I also called the location when I got a generic rejection email since I applied and heard back from other locations and just wanted to make sure it was from them. I spoke to another worker and she just said that they went with someone else with better availability which is made-up BS since I told the hiring manager I would be having full availability including all summer.
