I applied online. A few weeks later, they reached out to schedule a first interview. It was scheduled for 30 minutes, but the interview lasted an hour. This interview was standard, and it was conducted by one of the people I would be working with. The interviewer asked me about my experience, how I work in teams and remotely, the challenges I've encountered at work, etc. He gave me details about what the position would look like. This went well, and I was contacted to schedule a second interview with additional team members. This second interview was bizarre. I could hardly hear the main interviewer, and I was straining to understand his words. I often had to ask him to repeat himself. The second interviewer showed up 7 minutes before the interview ended and didn't ask me a single question. Neither of them asked much about my experience at all-- it was mostly me asking them questions. They also seemed to have a very different idea of the position than what had been described in my first interview. After this, the company ghosted me. Overall, it felt very unprofessional.
