The interviewers missed two scheduled phone interviews and then asked me to attend an in-person interview at their plant. Upon arrival, I realized there were at least three other interviewees with the same schedule with the interviewer. After 12 minutes, we were still waiting for the interviewer, and the secretary could not provide any information on when he would be available. My emails to the interviewer regarding the schedule went unanswered, with no explanation or apology offered. This unprofessional approach is something I have never experienced, especially from such a large company.
