TL;DR: Don't waste your time. This was one of the most disorganized interview processes I've been through. I was scheduled for redundant recruiter screening rounds, and the whole process felt like nobody really knew who owned what. The system design interview was another low point. The interviewer spent a lot of time talking about how technical they were and how they kept saving projects internally, but when I asked follow-up questions, the answers were surprisingly shallow. It didn't feel like a genuine technical discussion. Communication only got worse from there. I had to keep following up for updates myself, and the scheduling was a mess. Two different coordinators repeatedly tried to book me for the same interview rounds, which pretty much summed up how the entire process was run. Overall, it felt disorganized, inefficient, and like very little respect was given to candidates' time. I'd spend my energy interviewing somewhere else.
