The interview experience was so bad. I had a high expectation of the interview because it is a reputable investment worldwide. However the HK head of HR was no ethical and impolite at all. She asked me all the company's confidential info rather than anything about my CV or testing my skills, e.g. what agencies we used, what's the salary of my team etc. She met me just 20 mins for getting all info and end the interview. This is the worst interview I have ever been and I feel very disappointed to this firm. As a world's leading firm their HR is really unprofessional and didn't live on their company value "integrity and respectful" at all. A good HR should promote their company brand and being nice to every candidate even not suitable as the own employees and candidates are the best promoter of the brand. Even they are world's leading asset management firm, I would suggest they train up their back office's people especially their HR as they are the first impression from candidates and candidates will tell their family and friends how bad their experience with Carlyle Group.
