The interview process was direct to the point. Very traditional. The interviewer poses several questions, in which responses will vary depending on the interviewee. There is an opportunity to ask questions at the end. The questions seem straightforward and allow opportunities to gauge whether the candidate is a good fit for what the employer is looking for.
