Three interviews, separate arrivals. hiring manager, server manager, then general manager. Long interview process for the lowest position in the restaurant. I received a call back I was hired after the third interview and they wanted to start me immediately.

Went through about 6 interviews for the role. When I interviewed with the HR director it seemed less about the role and more about whether I would fit in with the team and culture.
