The Cheesecake Factory "Server" interview questions

-application online includes personality test and IQ test - phone interview first w/ basic questions - in-person interview with your work group (server) manager more very basic questions and describe a time when you pleased a guest previously - in-person interview with GM of location final interview, dress formally, and basically approves or disapproves of your hire - then paperwork filled out - orientation & a week of 8am pencil and paper and video training (classroom setting) -a week of on-floor training

Came in on a Wednesday afternoon, 1st face to face interview, one phone interview. Met with general manager and he explained this would be a short, 10 minute interview to answer a few questions to the best of my knowledge. A round of typical restaurant/customers service/server situational questions were asked. It was more a personality examination and to see if you would be a good fit for the company because right there he then extended an offer to me.
