The Cheesecake Factory "Server" interview questions

When ever you apply to a restaurant, you want to go in between 2 and 4 monday thru thursday. At my store, I went in on a monday (the slowest day) and filled out an application. I sat back down and waited for a manager. I got an interview right away. they ask the normal questions, that go along with any customer service job. I was told to come back the next day to speak with the GM. I went back and he said congrats, you have the job. I filled out paper work and started a week later.

Online application, followed by interviews with work group manager and then GM. Then a phone interview for about 15minutes that is simply a questionar, if you fail this you will not be hired.
