The interview process was quick and easy. The manager talked more than me. She explained working in the store, meeting sales goals, etc. Since I was a full-time student, she told me I can call in to do homework/project if I needed to on a day I was scheduled to work. She was very nice. She hired me right on the spot.

Also, a brief opportunity to showcase communication skills, teamwork, and your overall fit for the position.
