applied with my school, had an interview at HQ, very brief... spoke to woman in HR and then department head, basically went down resume and asked if I knew how to use excel. offered job on the spot

the interview was really quick and easy, two friendly people from the USA doing the interview, no tricky question, genuinely interested in what you're talking about, short and simple interview
had a phone interview, very informal, then went into office and met with people in department. very positive experience everyone very friendly. having the opportunity to chat with people you could be working with gave a sense of what to expect for the internship
