Invited by the recruiter for an interview. Basic functions screen for 2 rounds on the phone. After the first 2 rounds phone screen, they required me to go thru an online excise and spent 90 mins on it and it is SALD type of questions. Done that and arranged a 30 mins phone interview with the hiring VP. The conversations went OK and there is not many "systematic" kind of HR questions you would expected. (Probably they already got all that from the online excise).
