Applied through Indeed, got a call the next day by the DM to interview with her. This particular store had a brand new Store Manager so I didn't interview with him, just one interview with the DM. She was very sweet and very friendly. It took place in the mall food court at around 2 pm. She said she had taken over the district very recently and had just filled all the management positions in that district, with the exception of 4. I was one of those 4. Had to go online and fill out the application on their website and also do the assessment that managers have to do. Took about a half hour. I had the interview on a Friday and got the offer on the following Monday. Very quick and easy! :)

The Store Manager reached out to me to complete an assessment about a week after I submitted my application. I called him back upon completion, I passed, and he set up an in store interview. It was thoroughly detailed, and consisted of the typical ASM qualifying questions. He set up my second interview with another SM on the spot, and I actually had it over the phone the same day. Each of those interviews lasted an hour. I was contacted the next day to prepare myself for an interview with the District Manager which happened a few days later. This interview was precise, direct, and lasted about 30 mins. This company's true interest lies in choosing candidates who are passionate, educated, aware, and dedicated. It reflects in the members of staff I've met so far.

Got hired on spot. Employer seemed down to earth and easy to talk to. Wasn't nervous at all once I sat down and she opened her mouth. It was a very easy interview mainly because I've already worked retail before so clearly knew what to and to not say.
