I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at The Children's Place (Scarborough, ON) in Mar 2012
Interview
Very brief. The manager that interviewed me was easy going. Didn't ask too many tough questions. She asked 7 questions maximum and within a day I got a call back.
Pretty easy. Normam interview questions that you typically hear anywhere. Anyone can get this job well mostly if you have experience in handling cash and retail experience. Customer service is a big thing in this industry
The interview process was thorough and pretty straightforward. A manager at the time interviewed me and was very kind and did not mind if I was nervous. I got the job right away after my interview, which was short and sweet.
