I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Children's Place (Joliet, IL) in Jun 2015

Interview

Interviewed with store manager, such a nice person we talked for 2 hours. Second phone interview with the manager of the training store. Third phone interview with District Manager. Was suppose to have a 4th interview with the head of loss prevention, but that was canceled. They have eliminated the online testing they used to do, and do not do drug testing.

Interview

Interview was quick and easy but in a cornor on the sales floor. I was told i would get a call back in a day or two and i called back and they said i was hired

It was an easy interview as I was needed in a crisis to fill a management position. The person interviewing me worked with me at another company, so it was more of an overview of the company and the current situation in a particular store.
