The Cincinnati Insurance Company Field Sales Representative interview questions

1. Was contacted by the hiring manager for a phone interview. Interview went very well. 2. Flew me to the home office for a 2 hour sit down with 5 different individuals. All went great. Left with them saying how great it was and they’d be in touch “very shortly” 3. Met with the two other field reps for a lunch which was essentially another interview. Red flag when they said “if you leave more than 17% tip it’s coming from your paycheck.” Was told..”this was great, I could totally work with you.” 4. Fast forward 2 months…zero communication from anybody. Complete crickets. Extremely unprofessional. 5. I withdrew as I knew I wasn’t going to be respected. Received a prompt “thank you..best of luck in your search.” 6. Two weeks later…receive a rejection email. Do better. Do better
