The Cincinnati Insurance Company IT interview questions

I applied for my position online and got an email from HR in about a week and they asked my for my college transcript. After that, they scheduled an interview. The interview was very relaxed and laid back. The next day, they gave me an offer and I accepted it.

(Summer 2018 internship) After applying I was emailed asking to supply my academic transcript. About a week later, I was emailed to schedule an interview. In the interview, I met with HR and took a Wonderlic test, which is like an IQ test. Afterward I sat with an HR representative who asked general questions, I was interviewed by a resource manager on the IT team. The entire session lasted about an hour. No real technical questions. HR had behavioral questions while the IT manager asked about my coding language proficiency, classes I've taken, and projects I've done. Got a call the next day extending an offer, which I asked for more time as I have other interviews. A drug test and background check are required once you get an offer.
