Interview
Really bad experience for this position. It is a bait and switch. You apply for one thing and come out doing something totally different than what you apply for.
The first interview was conducted by telephone. The second interview was at the Fairfield home office. I met with two people, individually. Both interviews were conversational and relaxed. Most of the questions were standard interview questions. Both interviewers were very open about the culture, on-boarding process, and team atmosphere.
