I didn't know I was being interviewed - I just chatted with a representative at the career fair about the state of the tech industry. It seemed more like he was giving me career advice - "These are the sort of things that you will need to know to get ahead in the tech industry." etc. He also emphasized that this company is very conservative and not at the cutting edge.

30 minute virtual one round interview that was very easy, at least for my department. no phone screen, no second round. general behavioral questions and like 2 questions more specific to my department.
Straightforward, started with an initial phone call, then an initial virtual interview with a hiring manager, finally a secondary interview with department manager(s). Straightforward questions: biggest strength/weakness, elaborate on experiences, etc.
The interview process was very simple. I interviewed with HR and then department managers. They asked the average interview question you would expect to receive. I felt like we were just having a conversation.
