Thorough with different levels of shortlisting. All assessments were done in one day at the assessment center after the initial personality tests and aptitudes. Non-trainee roles are however interviewed on separate days
HR overview, really clear with expectations, salary range and what's the next step. I did not get the next step but a nice experience so far. You will travel and work in different departments for 2-3 years

I had to complete online assessment tests and then I was invited to the company's headquarters. I had an interview with two HR employees that lasted about 1 hour. Half of the interview was in my native language (Greek) and other half in English. Both of the employees were very friendly.
