Interview
The HR-focused interview is typically brief, emphasizing behavioral questions to assess your personality, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving approach, while also evaluating your overall communication skills, confidence, and professional presence. The interviewers were very relaxed.
The interview process was quite long, but you got to learn a lot of elements while preparing for both your group and personal projects, by the end you got to meet with HR director and MD. Even though the process is a long one, it's a smooth one. very nice personal.
