Getting the initial interview can be tough without an internal contact or reference. Coca-Cola Company/ system experience weighs heavily in the selection process and can be frustrating if you do not have that experience. May have changed, but following the framework can help you “score” better during the interview process.

There was a 30 minute Recruiter interview, then 30 minutes hiring manager, 1 hour panel & then 30 minute VP. Overall STAR method format. Standard questions. There were 3 people on the panel including hiring manager.

Very structured, they share the interview kit and company profiles with candidate. The panelists are objective. You do 2 interviews before the job offer. I would highly recommend interviewing with them

Straight forward and everyone interviewing is really nice and make the process seems more like a conversation than an interview, where they are open about your doubts and concerns. It was one of most interesting interviews that I have ever participated in and the company is great.
