I went through two rounds. Both provided more of scenario based customer service questions. Such as when did you receive a customer complaint and how did you solve it. As long as you show you are an on the go solver you should be good.

The interview process is relatively quick with good communication. Hiring Managers are responsive by both email and phone. I was pleased with the outcome. I enjoyed my experience with The Collier Companies interview process.
Very quick process. Was giving minimal paperwork at this time. Asked few simple Interview questions that were easy to answer.
