A small company, with a comfortable if not plain office. You are greeted by the receptionist, who then will hand you a very thick "test" packet, and send you to a room by yourself after confiscating your phone (understandable). The packet asks questions ranging from Server, PC hardware, to Networking. The questions were average, about college level. Expect to answer things about topics such as RAID, Active Directory/Group Policy, Subnetting, Switching/Routing protocols etc. After this, I met with the owner and CEO of the company, Chris Bates. I would describe him as a very condescending man, with a superiority complex and a bully's personality. He will downplay the skills you have, and emphasize the skills you don't. I would call it the "used car salesmen" interview technique. He's trying to get a swiss-army-knife employee, who knows many facets of multiple IT realms, and he wants you for pennies. I can practically guarantee that if the perfect candidate walked in the door, an MCSE/CCNP (who don't really exist in the IT world), he would most likely scare them away with a pitiful offer. I don't even recommend going to The Computer Hut if it's your last choice. I think working for this guy would be a total nightmare.
