The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Connor Group in Jan 2018
Interview
Recruiters from this company contacted me. They talked up the company, the benefits and relocation package. I really was not interested and after the interview process, my instincts were correct. This process was a complete waste of my time. The recruiters seemed very insincere. The personality test was a joke. All the questions seemed to be focused alone on money and making goals. They seemed more interested in achieving numbers than the personal character of the Manager.

Interview
After going through four rounds of interviews with The Connor Group, I was disappointed to be completely ghosted without any follow-up or closure. I invested significant time preparing for and attending each conversation, and I felt the process was moving forward positively. A simple update—whether good or bad—would have shown professionalism and respect for candidates. This experience left me questioning the company’s culture and how it values people.
