I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at The Connor Group (Cincinnati, OH) in Mar 2020
Interview
Pretty standard. Started with phone recruiter interview then another recruiter interview then ANOTHER recruiter interview. This was the final before the job shadow. Beware with asking questions about the companies culture and why they have so much attrition. The senior recruiter was transparent with me and said “up until a couple of months ago” the company did not give the property manager the right tools to do their jobs. I would stay away from this company for a while until they “give their mama gets the right tools.” Very high attrition and unreal expectations will get you in and out of that role quickly.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Connor Group (Cincinnati, OH) in Sep 2025
Interview
The first round phone screening was a breeze, quick red flag would be asking how many hours I worked in my previous job. Second step of the process is a personality test with the second recruiter before in person interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Connor Group (Scottsdale, AZ) in Jul 2025
Interview
After going through four rounds of interviews with The Connor Group, I was disappointed to be completely ghosted without any follow-up or closure. I invested significant time preparing for and attending each conversation, and I felt the process was moving forward positively. A simple update—whether good or bad—would have shown professionalism and respect for candidates. This experience left me questioning the company’s culture and how it values people.
