I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at The Connor Group (Dayton, OH) in Oct 2015
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter after an employee recommended they reach out to me. The process took just over a week. I completed a phone interview (very structured, more about personality characteristics). I was contacted the same day to set up an in person interview. I had two in person interviews with the VP of talent acquisition and the COO. I was contacted the next day to set up a day to come into the office and train with people in the current role. I really enjoyed this aspect of the interview because not only did it allow them to see if I would be a good fit on the team/position, but also allowed me to get a good idea of what the job would be like and make sure it was the right fit for me. I was asked to come in the next day for an offer.

Question 1
They wanted to know more about myself as a person than most places I have interviewed before.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at The Connor Group (Miamisburg, OH)
Interview
The process took about 5 weeks to get through. The recruiter that took care of me was very helpful and kept me in the loop the entire time. I did the initial phone screen and was set up the next day for a phone interview. After the phone interview I was brought in for a face to face interview. I was asked to come back for 2 more face to face interviews and then the Day in the Field. The process took a little longer due to my work schedule. The process was very unique and it really gave me a chance to see what the company was like before accepting a position with them.
