I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at The Connor Group (Atlanta, GA) in May 2024
Interview
The interview was mid level, you have about 4 rounds, and a day in the field. The day in the field was really cool, I remember flying out, meeting the GM, and really wanting the role.

Interview
I experienced extremely inconsistent communication throughout the interview process. One recruiter cancelled my interview the day before, saying the role was filled. Then a second recruiter aggressively messaged me to interview again. The “10‑minute screening call” was actually a full interview, and the recruiter’s attitude was condescending. He even asked for the exact number on my W‑2, which felt inappropriate.
He also had no idea I had already been in process with another recruiter, which highlighted how disconnected their team is. I was rejected the next day, but now a third recruiter is repeatedly messaging me with the same generic script. Overall, the process felt disorganized, impersonal, and repetitive.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions about sales goals and managing a team member who isn’t making their sales goals
The interview process has been fast paced and definitely scripted, but they are nice and the questions aren’t too hard especially if you prepare enough. There are multiple interviews, and the hours seem to be long.

Interview
Interview was what was described. Fast paced and scripted. To the point and mention of hours and 50-60 hr work weeks were mentioned right away. Nothing was hidden in terms of what the expect and how they want their property managed .
