My interview experience was unique to this company. After many calls to the recruiting representative, I received an unscheduled call from a manager, who asked if "I had time to talk". The following 40-50 minutes were me listening to him talk about the job, and at the end I was asked if I was interested. This was the extent of my (only) interview. I was hired about an hour and a half later. This was very strange to me, and I probably should have taken it suspiciously (I am probably overqualified).
