I applied online. The process took 9 months. I interviewed at The Dedham Group (New York, NY) in Sep 2023
Interview
I had 5 interviews with various people in the company. All had a case question component which took up half the interview time, so there wasn't a whole lot of time for questions. After completing my fifth and final interview and waiting 6 weeks for an offer, the offered my an entry level Analyst position, despite having 2 years of experience in market access and a doctorate degree. The base salary they offered was also a 20k pay cut from what I was currently making, and 6k less than what other analyst with no experience were being paid. I tried to negotiate the salary and they came up 5k, which was still 1k less than I knew other analysts were making.
