I had an initial phone interview for screening and I was invited in for an in-person interview. I met with 2 other assistants and a HR person. But no communication after. I followed up and no response. It is ok if I am not selected but a communication at least to let you know would be nice. I was very disappointed to not be given the courtesy of a simple response. A simple "we went with someone else" or "you weren't a good fit". It's very frustrating to receive no response when interviewing and especially when I am following up. I was excited for the opportunity but very disappointed in lack of communication
