there were three interviews: phone interview with HR rep, virtual interview with manager and a third in person interview with manager and vice president. the interview process was thorough but not drawn out
The most unprofessional interview experience I’ve had so far. The interviewers got on our zoom call with wrinkly clothes and the job description was wrong. When I asked what is something this company does to ensure the well-being of employees, I didn’t receive a coherent answer.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The E.W. Scripps Company (New York, NY) in Jun 2022
Interview
I had 3 rounds of interviews. The first was a simple HR phone screening. The HR screening was easy. The second was a virtual interview with 2 heads of the ad sales team. This round was easy. The third was a virtual interview with 3 vice presidents. A fourth person no showed the interview. The entire process took about 2 months. I never heard back for the HR recruiter everything I reached out. I went through 3 rounds of interviews with 6 people. They could have had the decency to tell me there will be no offer. That's unprofessional to ghost a candidate.
