Was contacted via email, set up interview. Arrived at interview. There was an assistant manager that brought me back to the managers office and sat in on the interview, she nodded a lot, took notes, and exclaimed that she was moving in with the manager because the commute was going to be so bad when SXSW was going on, which only increased the friend/cliquey vibe from both manager and assistant manager. Felt a little overdressed as the manager was just in company pullover sweater, overall, it felt like being interviewed by two fresh out of college students. When I emailed a few days later asking about the status of my interview, no one replied. :/
