Initially, the organization calls you into the office that you will be assigned to on your set interview date. Next, you go into the interview and they attempt to get a basic, general idea of the type of employee/staff member you will be by asking hypothetical situational questions. At the conclusion of the interview, the superviosr who interviewed you will thank you for your time and tell you that HR will be in touch.
