I found this position on glassdoor.com and applied. After a month and a half passed, I was contacted by a very personable recruiter with the GBS Group for a preliminary phone screen. She set up a phone interview with the COO for three days later, and a call with the would-be direct manager later that afternoon. Five days later I spoke with the client over the phone, and was brought in for an interview at the client site 6 days later. Everyone was extremely friendly and optimistic, and were eager to know more about me. GBS made an offer 3 days later, and a revised offer 3 days after that, which I accepted.
