Applied on a job board and was contacted a week later. Had a phone screening then panel interview. The whole process lasted about 3 weeks. In person interview was weird. Came in early as you should and had to wait for roughly 30 minutes before I was taken to a conference room. Interviewers walked in and out of the interview and the questions were all over the place and repeated because people would leave as someone asked something. Experience was not positive, but also not difficult.
