I applied via website and received a phone call for interview the very next day. Interviewed by 2 co-directors for approx 10 maybe 15 minutes then sent off to see how the typical classroom routine operates. After 15 minutes of "live classroom time" I was called back to the office to sign paper work. They hired me right on the spot.

I had a meeting with the director of operations of the school. She asked me basic questions and it was very straight forward. She took me of a tour of the school and told me about how each room operated. We discussed my past experiences and why I wanted the position.
