Interview
I met with the owner and was asked all the typical questions asked in the field. It was very positive and it was a relaxed interview. There are no trick questions and you aren't left wondering if you answered correctly. It is more conversation style as opposed to being left feeling like the interviewer is suspicious of you.

Fairly easy and quick. Tour of building was provided. I applied when I got there and talked with multiple administrators about the job, pay, benefits, schedule, etc. Interviewed with the owner and director.
you go into two classrooms and interact with the kids. you stay for about 10 minutes in each room, then fill out paperwork after. they called about a week later.
