The interviewing process was polite, easy going and upbeat.. Director's explained hiring and what things they where looking to hire. Showed around center clean and staff friendly. Offered all answers
It was a difficult interview but I was happy to hear there feed back and it gave me valuable insight into there interview process. They were very professional and helpful to tell me how I could improve

Short phone screen after application. Followed by longer phone interview about 30 mins with Director. Lastly an in person interview and time in classroom. Overall easy but being put into a classroom with no warning was a little surprising.
